- Your delivery address is outside our active service radius: Neihu Science Park falls within our coverage, but not every corner of greater Taipei does. During heavy plum rain season, we also narrow our active zone slightly to protect delivery integrity. If you’re in a building with restricted vehicle access or require specific floor delivery during a typhoon alert — call us first.
- The recipient is in the middle of a crisis, not coming out of one: That cake worked because it arrived after the project wrapped — the storm had passed, and she was exhaling. If the recipient is still mid-project, mid-crisis, or mid-argument, the timing reverses. A cake interrupts, it doesn’t celebrate.
- The emotional moment is genuinely shared, not assumed: The soaked shirt worked because they had months of shared context. If you’re celebrating a milestone she hasn’t communicated to you clearly — a promotion she mentioned in passing, a project you only vaguely know about — the gesture may miss. Know what you’re celebrating before you order.
- You need formal corporate gifting documentation: If your company requires a business receipt, gift declaration, or alcohol-content labeling for compliance — we provide what we can, but we’re not structured for corporate procurement.
